The Burley Environ 4240 gas fire comes in a traditional brass and black finish which looks perfect in either a marble, limestone or wood surround. Being flueless the 4240 does not require a chimney it incorporates a catalytic converter which converts the fumes into oxygen which then filter out of the fire’s vents. Because of this, additional ventilation is required in the room.

You can benefit from the 100% efficiency rating which means that all of the 2.5kW heat is distributed into the room and none is wasted helping to lower running costs. Operation of the Environ 4240 is incredibly easy with the manual controls but can be purchased with a remote control option for added convenience.

A recess of 93mm is required when inserting into a standard 16″ fireplace opening. If this inset depth is not available, an optional spacer frame is offered to allow a flush fitting against the back panel.
