Ordering and Delivery

Delivery to mainland areas is free when you spend over £120 (except appliances, special offers, glass hearth’s and clearance items), otherwise there is a delivery charge of £8.40 for orders under £60, £12 for orders at and above £60. Deliver costs and minimum spends are VAT inclusive. These delivery charges apply to website orders only.

This excludes delivery to areas outside of the UK Mainland, such as Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, France and Belgium. Delivery to these areas may incur an additional charge.

We can deliver website orders to the UK, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, France and Belgium.

Orders for other locations, including but not limited to Australia and New Zealand, cannot be placed via the website but can be placed via telephone. To find out if we can deliver to your location or to place an order, please call us on +44 1302 742 520.
